Driver Application and Requirements

LNL Trucking, Inc.
A driver for LNL Trucking will be required to
meet or exceed the following:
All drivers are responsible for renewing all
qualification items such as driver's license
and medical exams. Drivers will be reminded
of the upcoming renewal dates thirty (30)
days prior to renewal. Drivers in violation will
not be permitted to operate company
vehicles.
LNL Trucking maintains copies of drivers
license, medical exams and a yearly MVR in
each driver file. Each driver will be expected
to provide a copy of each renewal document
to the company.
LNL Trucking advertises in local newspapers
and accepts referrals from current drivers
for new drivers. We are interested in
providing qualified persons in our
neighborhood the opportunity to be a proud

meet or exceed the following:
- Valid CDL with a Tank Endorsement.
- Clean MVR ~ No major violations in the
last five (5) years, No DUI convictions. - Five (5) years of verifiable
Tractor/Trailer driving experience. - Potential new hire must submit to pre-
employment DOT drug screen. - All drivers will be subject to random DOT
drug screens. Random drug screens are
regulated by an outside source. LNL
Trucking has a "zero tolerance" policy
regarding positive drug tests and the
driver in violation will be removed
immediately. We reserve the right to
require a random screening if there are
sufficient warning signs that a violation
of policy is occurring.
